Well spoken.....My w/c adjuster called me to tell me she was having a hard time finding a doctor to give me a second opinion...oh but your case is coming up for review...we could settle with X amount...asked about future medical...Oh no that would be the end....Told her to keep looking...I'm having troubles and need more medical...then her attitude changed...drastically...needless to say I talked to an attorney...even though I didn't really want to....This all started a year ago next month

Oh I was given 3% ...carpal tunnel with permanent nerve damage..once carpal nerve was released having problems with nerve on side of hand to elbow

what reference book was used to determine the 3 % you have now ?
