RE: Carpal Tunnel/Repetitive Stress Syndrome in TN-Workers Comp Issue
Cycler, I believe I had the test you are
reffering to the same day I had the EMG.It was the test they
started with and it was like being shocked. They used this
metal gadget and touched different areas of my hand, wrist
and arm with it and the current got stronger each time they did
it.If thats the test you are talking about, then yes I had that done.

Sparkey,
My claim has been denied up until Sat and that is when I got a
letter stating it had been accepted on 2/26/09 and then I was
Fired on 2/27/09. They had been paying for my treatment from
the beginning and will continue to do so even though I am no
onger employedwith that company. I just found it kind of odd
that I only worked 2 hours on Friday 2/27/09 and then when
HR came in they called me into there office and said "That it
wasn't working out and that they needed to let me go" I was let
go at 9am and by 12noon they had another person already in
my position which was a New Hire!
I have missed time due to my hand as well as other health
issues and also because my Mother(81) has been in and out of
the hospital with major Heart problems were she almost died a
few times. Not too mention having to leave early for Dr appointments.
I called an attorney and spoke to him and he said I needed
to see what the diagnose me with and after I have had the
MRI.
