RE: Carpal Tunnel/Repetitive Stress Syndrome in TN-Workers Comp Issue
Hello,
Well today I called WC to ask them what I needed to do
about the EMG im scheduled to have Monday since we
haven't talked to theAIg adjuster. WC advised me to call the
company(OneSource) that scheduled my EMG to see if it had
been approved since my claim was denied. Well they spoke to
a supervisor at AIG and not my adjuster and in deed the test
was approved. So I will be having the EMB on monday at

10:30am.

Now,the AIG adjuster finally called my HR dept at work and told
her that the reason my claim was denied was simply because she
needs time too look over my medical records/notes 1st. She also
said they had 14 days. Well I was told they have 14 days from
the original claim date to except or deny?? Does anyone know if
thats correct???

Now my elbow is killing me as well....Sheesh,too many problems
and pains.
Thanks

~Tizz~
