Still waiting for Commissioner's Ruling

Received the Decision and Order from the WC Commissioner yesterday. Changes were made in the Settlement Agreement & Final Release document (clincher) to reflect the correct amount that I will actually paid by the IC for my lump sum settlement. My lump sum settlement check has been held by my ex-lawyer all this time until this issue was resolved. So, I called my ex-lawyer's office to set up a time for me to pick up my settlement check - which he should be able to do immediately since the funds have been sitting in his IOLTA Lawyer's Trust Fund Account since last year!! As usual, he was not in but I talked with the paralegal who said she will "discuss" it with him Monday.

I would be ticked, take the papers, go to the attorneys office and tell them I,am here to pick up my check!!!!!!! But that is just me, I don't like stall tactics. Good luck on Monday.
