RE: update
Hi Hardworker,
I cannot see either how you are suppose to stand the bouncing and rough ride of a big truck....that bouncing is awful for shoulder pain, and it sounds like you also have neck problems.....it definitely isn't helping either one. Please speak to your doctor. My other question for you is...."Why is your lawyer allowing you to call the WC case mngr? My lawyer cut off my conversations with any WC person when he took my case! Normally WC won't speak to you either, when they know you have a lawyer. IMO....this is your attorney's responsibility (it's what he gets paid for)...not your's. I'd speak to him concerning this pronto. Lilly

RE: update
Lilly, I Understand what You Mentioned about the Phone Calls, I'm cut-off from any Communication with them also. Hard Worker, My Attorney would have told Me to go to the E.R., and then Contact the Treating Dr. as soon as Possible and get an Emergency Appt. That way You are Covered as far as Leaving Work goes, and they will have to Pay the E.R. Bill if the Dr. takes You Off of Work. That's Usually the Process, and I'm starting to Believe Your Attorney is Either Lazy, or not too Interested in Your Case! My Opinion Only, but I would have a Set Down Talk with Your Attorney, if You have to do All of the Work, what in the He** do You Need Him for? My Best, and Please Keep Us Informed!
