Do I qualify?
I recently got severe back pain and on diagnosis found out that, it was protusion of my L4-l5, L5S1. Went to the ortho via insurance and then he referred to physical therapy. Durng physical therapy the doc mentioned that this could have happened due to prolonged sitting posture that I might have due to my work on computers/laptop. This is what I have to perform as a part of my job.

Some one told me about WC and I came to this forum. My questions

1. Do I qualify?
2. All I am paying is co-pay now for ortho visits, physcial therapy sessions and medicines.. probably $500 at this point.. If I qualify is this worth doing considering the cost...
3. Does this affect long term relationship between employee and employer?

Need assistance in order to move forward...

RE: Do I qualify?
no.
physical therapists are not licensed to make medical diagnosis concerning causality.
whether a particular relationship is affected by a claim is a case by case situation-there is no one answer for every claim employer or employee.
