RE: need advice
you are being rushed? slow em down....the only reason they get in a hurry is to save them money......at least give your self a reality check......I took my settlement and paid off everything we owed cuz I knew we would have to live on SSDI...you have to understand if you have had a failed fusion what is the failure is it scar tissue cuz if it is Limbo and hurt and I will all tell you a wheel chair is in your future.....and electric one is over 5000 dollars and then the lift to get it into your car/truck is also a hunk of dollars..cuz those things weight several hundred lbs...is another surgery in your future? your meds what do they cost a month cuz thats gonna be your bill when you settle.......if you dont have legal people in your corner at least call your state ombudsman....and what if medicare wants 50 thousand of your settlement? you cant do much with whats left...then you have to put the right wording on your settlement or SSDI will get it up front.......you better find a lawyer to at least talk to if nothing else shoot a pm to Timothy belt he is a pa lawyer so he can help you a bit with advice anyway......man I wouldnt go into a complete disabilty settlement without legal help that is just to scary

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile
