who can help me
I got a letter from workman comp telling me that the dr has released me full duty at work.{that must be their dr} I called my dr and he said no. they canceled my comp. and told me to talk to work on when to go back. I can't go back i'm still hurt. can anyone tell me who i can talk to to help me.:

How about an Attorney to talk too.

Sadly, a return to work means return to work. What you can do, is go to work, clock in, and simply show them you can or can't perform the work. When you become in to much pain, then ask to be seen by a Doctor now once again.

I would get a well writen letter from your doctor stating why you should not return to work. And then state you will hold the Insurance Carrier and their doctor liable for any extra damage that may happen.
