Frustrated...i/c lying and stalling

You know what ? I'd have been fired in a split second at my old job, if I was as slow and unorganized as the IC adjusters and case workers seem to be.
They must hire some real loosers as employees. Ask to speak with her superior and complain!

Thanks for the well wishes. Yeah, my lawyer did get ahold of the case workers boss, and that is how we found out that the case worker had been lying to us for the past 3 weeks. The boss said to re-send the mileage spreadsheet and she would rush the payment. I have no idea what "rush" actually means, its been 7 days so far.

this happens to most of us one way or another. had they not held up needed care I would not be going though all of this mess now.
