PA wormans comp claim
I have a claim open with PA WC and I'm in my 8th week. I had a hand injury which resulted in a partial amputation of my middle finger on the right hand. WC told me that I would be compensated for bone loss at the rate of my weekly rate X 20 unless I go over 4 weeks off, then each additional week I'm off will be deducted from my bone loss compensation. Has any body else had this happen , is this how it works or am I entitled to the full compensation?
