hi all, I was hoping you may be able to help a friend of mine has messed up his back is getting his medical and a weekly cheek his problem is some old stuff has caught up with him and he is going to have to go to prison for 4 months. he is very concerned about how this will effect his w/c claim he is in n.c. any help would be appreatied

He should contact the NC comp specialists to see findout about any special rules about recieving benefits while an inmate. Access to appropriate treatment and disability information can sevely hamper benefit provision.
