not able to return to work

thank you all for you input. I filled w/c the day i fell I work for a very small company and it just so happened the owners father was with me when i fell he is the one that took me to the hospital. The dr. has me out of work but has ask if there was light duty at my job and there isn't. I had an mri without contrast and from that was told I had 2 bulging disk but they wre from ddd. i ask why it only started hurting after i fell she said i damaged nerves in the fall. It's been 3 months and there is no improvement and it is really scary I dont want to live in this kind of pain.
