Question If not rehired?
Wisconsin
I have a question?. When I was injured my employer said they would save my job for me. By doing so they hired a person temp with knowing I would return. It has been almost a year that I was injured. I feel they wont wait anymore, if they dont what happends next in the future. Only 2 jobs in my life, logger and for the last 18 years making deliveries. Well and ground maitence.

RE: If not rehired?
Thanks 1171.

What I guess I need to ask is this. The delivery service I work for in my area consist of about 6 people. They replaced me with a temp driver, and they gave him a temp contract. My employer said they would hold my job, but it has been almost 1 year. If they replace me what do I do, go for unemployment or still collect ttd. S[/i]orry just confused.

RE: If not rehired?
you cannot collect ttd after you have reached MMI. At that point you may be eligible for Unemployment.
