You should start your own thread rather then hyjacking this one-it confuses other readers.
sign a medical release permit and hire a copy service to get a complete copy of all the doctors records.
you don't determine your medical restrictions - the doctors does.
the doctor is correct not all pain is bad or indicates something is wrong.
Pain also indicates healing and recovery is happening.

Thanks for the thread/chat protocol. I’ve never been on a ”discussion forum” before – so I don’t know the proper etiquette. I was looking for an old thread that might have had my answers (without my needing to post) when I came across your thread. I’ll put my question on a new thread.

I was injured in the great state of Louisiana 04/09 and what these
snake"s have done is amazing the government allows this.the I/C,
employer and there little weasel attorney so far have lost mother to
this wife to the hospital with nervous B/D and finally me A WALKING
TIME BOMB READY TO EXPLODE been approved for surgery only to
have it canceled two days before I have been to 6 doctors all w/c
as well all doctors agree with my claim. question wouldn't that be called
doctor shopping on the insurance adjuster or maybe not. I could not

I just read about all the stories on here and its so sad how they the
employer, i/c,atty,etc can get a lot of this nonsense on. they reduced
me to food stamps and cut payments back in Jan. I have been working
for 31 yrs 27 of those in the same field until 04/09 . anyway how do you all have the patience while these people try and destroy your
life"s I wish I had just a little but i don"t Me and my family have been
put Thur a cyclone I just fill like taking this into my own hands and
blank everybody standing in my way to find justice I wish everyone
on here good-luck and stay strong.

You've identified a real problem: often times frustration and anger from dealing with the system cause reactions and conditions that are more disabling then the original injury.
Depression, rage, and hostility complicate recovery. The emotional toll in dealing with serious health issues can be catastrophic. you need to seek professional counseling. contact your treating doctor about a referal. Those issues cannot be solved on their own and get worse the longer they are left untreated.
