Thanks again for everyones input....it is my Human Resource person who wants my records, not the insurance co. for workers comp.....it's not that I have anything to hide or want to be difficult, it's just that I value my privacy...so, I agreed to release any info the hr needs as long as it is from my primary doctor only (they have info about my PTSD in my file anyway, just not as detailed as my psych file). Anyway, I'll know more later in the week. And yes, my lawyer is going to handle everything directly from now on....instead of me being in the middle. thanks to all of you!!! cookie
