FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After years of aggravation I have received the right to have my major back surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Thank God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Went to the hearing and figured it would be a long one but was very surprised when after a moment the attorney for the insurance company stated that they were authorizing the surgery, and everything my surgeons wanted to do, all equipment, at home nursing, etc... for my back which is estimated to be close to 500K.
Now the paperwork (by law 10 days) has to be forwarded to the doc.'s and then my appointments will begin, blood bank, tests, etc...

Wow, I never thought I'd look forward to having surgery but I want to walk again and I will do anything to be the best patient ever and will walk, unassisted and become a real man, husband and father again!!!!!!

I just wanted to "vent" my happiness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    Smile     Smile   Smile

Yes, that is such very good great news. Glad this came to a head for you. I myself have to meet my Attorney next week, to talk over some settlement issues. I've been sitting on a settlement since they cut me off totally in Feb 2005.
