good news
I finnaly got my court date for w/c claim !!!! It has been a year since my injury and my employer has been contesting my claim all the way.
Now hopefuly all goes well. Then from what I here it's on to dealing with w/c. But to be able to support my children through my recovery will ease a lot of my stress. |

Great News Silly!! please let Us know how the Hearing Goes, and I Hope it is in Your Favor!! Loss of Work and the Pain of being Injured is Hard Enough, and Believe Me I know how it Feels to Worry about the Money Part also!! Hang in there, and I Hope All Goes well!!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |
