rotator cuff
hello everyone
going to my deposition.they wanted me to settle and give up my lifetime medical. i still have trouble with both shoulders from rotator cuff surgery, 2 surgeries on left arm, 1 surgery on right arm. i live in calif. got laid off , company said i didnt qualify for any positions at the time,and i hear workers comp doesnt like to pay anything, with new law. the labor lawyer said company didnt do anything wrong. well i didnt do anything wrong either. i want to know who is going to do something right. they seem to be very well versed on we didnt do anything wrong. something wrong with that right there. i dont know how this is going to turn out.i guess right now i am venting alittle.

Nothing wrong with venting. I now I have done it from time to time. I know that WC doesn't seem right. But it is the system that we are in.

Best of luck with your depo. Try to be calm and remember times, dates and events. I hope you have a log for your claim. WC is a terrible system to be in but the only choice we haveonce in it is to try to heal and do the best we can. Some settle, some don't. It's very individual and so many different laws from state to state.
