PTO
I was injured at work. I am still seeing a WC dr and am still
having therapy. I was off work less than 7 days and returned to
work on light duty. I was told that my therapy appointments
will have to be taken out of my pto time. (the actual time away from work) Not the therapy itself. I live in the state of Texas.
Is this correct?

RE: PTO
In TN Dr.'s appts even WC is not paid work time.

Always believe in yourself. No matter how much some people will make you doubt yourself.

RE: PTO
Yes.
Workers comp pays disability.
Leave time-even for work injuries-is up to each employer.
