RE: Interesting article
Must be nice to go on a trip like that and have the iw pay for it when we worry about keeping the lights on. I think the judges and lawyers need to pay for there own trips and quit taking so much out of our checks.
May God send his angels to hold you in his arms |

RE: Interesting article
Money Money, Money, That is what it all boils down to in the long run, We as injured workers are paying for all those BMW's and etc and the judges and attorneys are injoying the spoils from our injuries......
If these lawyers want to have judges as speakers at there seminars, why not have the seminars in Oklahoma??????? No fun Right !!!!!!!!!!! Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain. |

RE: Interesting article
At least it was the Injured Worker Attorney's doing this, in Hopes of getting the Injured Worker More Money, the i/c's do One He** of a lot More to try and Stop Our Payments! This May and Probably is an Ethics Violation, but the i/c's having been putting Judges and Legislators in their Pockets for Years!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |

RE: Interesting article
Hummmmmmm
No mention of who, or what paid them for this statement though; ((Judges "go to Dallas, about monthly, to talk to defense association groups and insurance companies. They have many more speaking engagements to the other side.)) Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |
