hi all found out that my ortho is adding there lawyer to the wc case.is he going to help my lawyer with the case or just try to get there money?this sounds like a good thing that they are puttting there lawyer in on my case as well.thanks all for any info.hurt.

It could go either way. You are at least sure that the doctor’s lawyer will be arguing that the treatment was reasonable, necessary and causally related. However, if your lawyer was looking to cut a deal that would help you by cutting out this doctor; this second lawyer could get in the way.

its just strange that they waited this long to jump on the band wagon.as far i know my lawyer is not trying to settle anything rite now.i hope there lawyer is of so help in this ordeal.thank you MR.BELT.this has been going on for for some time now i cant wait for the day it ends and hopefully on a good note.thx again

as far as my bills they are all set up on payments and are being paid on time.so i dont think thats the case for there lawyer coming on board.thanks
