Hearing
I got my rating in July (6%) on my shoulder (finally). I hurt my shoulder in July 06 and had rotator cup repair in Dec 07. In TN you have to meet with the Ins and your Atty at the Labor Board in Mediation. Any suggestions?
Oh and by the way my husbands back has eased off from his back fusion but his legs are KILLING him. Surgeon said it is the nerves coming back to life. Always believe in yourself. No matter how much some people will make you doubt yourself. |

hi mistreated when you go be polite,honest and straight forward.when you answere a question only say what you have to and dont give any more info than they need.keep it short.about ur hubby my dr said my nerves would calm down as time went by only to find out that he was wrong and i found out i have perminent nerve damage.i hope your hubby doesnt have this happen to him as well.best of luck to you both.hurt
