Bad Boy
I have been having lots of knee problems today.

When I bend my knee I have sharp pain, about an 8.
I have to walk with a stiff leg due to the pain and the knee pulling.

Not for sure what I did wrong.

Been on my feet much of the last 2 days with construction going on around my home.

I did move a 15 lb potted plant about 10 feet yesterday. Physical therapy had me doing 30 lb weights with my knee so I thought this was okay.

Went to bed last night icing and a pain pill.

ANy suggestions?

RE: Bad Boy
Well, your going to have these days, work the knee as you can, and take your meds. That's all you can do. I doubt if anything is wrong, other than just normal over use at this time.

RE: Bad Boy
I received my medical records today, (physical therapy) from both therapist that worked with me.

I am suprised I met only one of my physical therapy goals, regain tissue integrity.

My final ROM numbers are:
strength
flexion 4
extension 4-

flexion 110 (on my own)
extension (on my own) minus 8 of being able to strighten
(with force) minus 4

I see the surgeon Oct 1st, hope he's happy with the numbers.

RE: Bad Boy
You and the surgeon will be fine with the results. And with time, plenty of given time, working with the knee and all, ROM will become better as weeks seem to go by.

Take your Meds bummer....Tongue

RE: Bad Boy
Knees are fine, still good days and bad days. Seems to be normal. But mostly pain free from them now.
