I had physical therapy today with my new physical therapist and I am doing great!

I only have two physical therapy sessions and the therapist says I will be ready to be released from pt.

I plan on joining a local health club and to continue to work under the guide of a trainer.

Today my flexion was 106 on my own, with force 109.

Extension on my own was minus 4.

Way to go Bummer!!! I am so happy for you. I find that physical therapy has been great for me too. As I achieve each little goal set forth I really feel a lot better. I am so ready to be off of this system. I can't wait.

I had physical therapy this morning and only one session left until I am released!

My numbers weren't as good this morning as they were yesterday, having lots of nerve pain.

Thank you all.

I have worked very hard in getting where I am with my knee. Problems with my back along with nerve pain prevent me from making more progress.

It's very difficult to stretch the knee to get it straight when nerve pain is going down the back of the leg.

After I reach MMI on my left knee the next step is to file on my back and start treatment.

I did it!

I've been going to outpatient physical therapy for 7 weeks and I was released from pt today!

Today my knee measured, flexion 112 on my own and extension minus 8 on my own and forced minus 4.

I see the surgeon Oct 1st and expect to be at MMI then.
