Trolling? Hmmmm..... troll (trÅl) v. trolled, troll·ing, trolls v. tr. To fish for by trailing a baited line from behind a slowly moving boat. To fish in by trailing a baited line: troll the lake for bass. To trail (a baited line) in fishing. To sing in succession the parts of (a round, for example). To sing heartily: troll a carol. Slang To patrol (an area) in search for someone or something: "[Criminals] troll bus stations for young runaways" (Pete Axthelm). Music To sing in succession the parts of (a round, for example). To sing heartily: troll a carol. To roll or revolve. v. intr. To fish by trailing a line, as from a moving boat. To wander about; ramble. Slang To patrol an area in search for someone or something. Music To sing heartily or gaily. To roll or spin around. n. The act of trolling for fish. A lure, such as a spoon or spinner, that is used for trolling. Music A vocal composition in successive parts; a round. Seems that may be a better word for attorneys that visit this board regularly. Unless 1171 is exceptionally musical. Funny, I really do not envision him "singing gaily". Concerning countries not caring about their workers, I will put the US of A up against ANY OTHER COUNTRY ANY DAY. With the exception of Jayne's typically useless rah rah message, I can't help but note that the trolling adjustor (if that is what 1171 is) took the time to provide the most informative answer in this thread. Some people have no appreciation. jimmyo1, you can push your attorney for copies of your reports. Please bear in mind that his office will most likely track every piece of paper they copy for you, and place that in the reimbursable expense column. That means that you will pay him for them. Attorneys, in addition to getting their fees, are entitled to "fair and reasonable" expense payments out of settlements. It's where some attorneys make up some financial ground. Ask them how much they charge for each copy. I would instead try to get those reports directly from your doctors. They are your records and you are entitled to them. Good luck. The process can be frustratingly slow. Well 1171, Kate and other trollers out there, time to pull in the lines and call it a day. Have a nice night, y'all. RE: QME
Didn't really hit a nerve. I'm not an adjuster.
1171 is one of the best responders on this board. I get tired of watching you trash him. What you call "kindergarten stuff" is info you could not provide in a million years. jayne Wrote:one is your treating doc the one that signs you out on WC you cannot miss that one.....why do you have to see a doc every month? I just had to see one to keep me off duty....congrats on your SSDISeems you haven't won a clean victory over the IC, since you apparently still have to make sure that you don't get returned to active duty. I would hate to see anything get in the way of camping or working the farm. And you are right, you will never be on my xmas card list, but for an entirely different reason than what you think. RE: QME
I have learned more information through the stories of other wc patients than I have any other person on this site that has NOT been the injured worker themselves!!!!
I think until you have been the IW you have NO idea what we go through in order to get the medical care we need or to be treated fairly as an american citizen who has been injured at work. Hopefully someday they will never be in our shoes. carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD. 1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10% |
