can i chang jobs if i have been released back to full duty but my case has not been closed our ?

Once you are released back to work, your WC income benefits stop immediately. So unless you look for another job, you're out in the cold. financially that is. Sad but true.
Your claim stays with you wherever you work so if you are one of the lucky ones who is able to return to work, good for you. Let Go, and Let God...... |

Yes you can. depending on your state and/or the status of your claim. Your medical coverage still exsists. You are tyed down to a company because you filed a claim.
8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom. |

You must still follow any restrictions you may have been given (if you have restrictions), on your new job though.
