I am very tried tonight and pain level is up but at least I was able to work all day.

me too sweetie sorry I was asleep eariler I think I have another inner ear infection...called PCP to call in me an antibiotic but feel asleep and didnt get up till the drugstore was closed...I hate this dizzy feeling ...I feel like it involves my neck somehow cuz it feels like its grindingeverytime I try to move it.....if not better soon will head to ER...nurses how do they diagnose inner ear infection....
