RE: iNTERROGATORIES PAPERS
I would have asked if he is getting paid to take care of your case then he needs to take care of things, other wise you need him to pay you to take and do his work.
Sounds like you need to start looking at a different lawyer, one that cares to do what they are suppost to.

May God send his angels to hold you in his arms

RE: iNTERROGATORIES PAPERS
Some things you must do for your self...some he must do he has no idea who cooks for you or how you get to and from these questions you must answer yourself

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

I was going to say the exact thing that Jane said. I am sure there are a lot of questions about what you can and can not do specifically. You wouldn't want anyone else to do that, sine you know best.

RE: iNTERROGATORIES PAPERS
I would just like to add that we all must be careful of paralegals and attorney's assistants. I have seen alot of people get screwed because the attorney wasn't available and the IW was given bad info. Also my attorney has had to fire two paralegals for answering something they weren't sure of and not saying so and getting the right answer. Best of luck. Ther is so much involved in a WC case. Mine is 2 1/2 year old. In the process of settling and just find out that my employer is self-insured which means although I have 5 injured body parts I will not receive anywhere near what the claim is worth or would be paid IF employer was not self-insured. Nice to find out 2 years later. I could have gotten out of the system a year ago when the surgeon put me at MMI, but no I kept trying to get better. BS on the system.

CAP

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.
