i just hung up with my lawyer and he said they claim they got medical records saying i fell from a height. i don't know what they talking about. anyway my lawyer said that we got a good offer and the process takes up too two months. whats so hard about typing papers having the judge sign them and cut the check. why does that take 60 days. am i missing something. is there anybody else besides child support that can cut into your settlement???????
