Your back? Yes, you need further testing, MRI, exrays etc. What did they do 'test wise' in the ER?

Thanks for Your time and info. A friend of mine in MD said, he started receiving a check within a week or two. I sure hope it works like that i hate to loose my house, etc. I need an income darn it! But at the same time I do not want cause anymore damage and they think i am ok and it causes more damage. Right now I know i cannot work it hurts just sitting here typing after about an hour but in the future and i hope it starts to get better i do not want to rush to work and come to find out it is still hurt and have to go threw all this bs again.Sorry I am having trouble thinking with these meds, but they are not getting rid of the pain only taking the edge off! I am waiting to hear from lawyer now. Did You see what 1171 wrote on other question wc/sexual harassment? he wrote Federal family and medical leaves act law gives covered employment 12 weeks of job protection etc. My ex took me off his ins, when he wasn't suppose to and i need that for other reasons, I am suppose to have a surgery for my stomach flap, it is not working and acid is backing up in throat! omg sometimes it feels like i drank battery acid. Darn if i was a horse they would shoot me! lol anyway thanks again and anything you know of that could help me let me know. this is all new to me. Thanks a million and God Bless!

all they did was have me pee in a cup and I requested xrays. They gave me a needle in both arms, darn that hurt! but it made the pain go away for about one and a half hours, that was it! totally useless. xrays were fine they said so I am requesting more test. I went threw this bs with test when I had gallbladder disease years ago. they did back xrays, my back was killing me then, and they did a radiation gallbladder test said it was fine. then they did an endiscopy and the dr. said go to er immediately my gallbladder had to come out it was full of stones! why didn't the radiation gallbladder test detect this? My back pain was gone immediately after they took out the gallbladder...I have very little faith in these test after that! and they said return to work in two days and a week with light duty, my boss said he had no light duty..bs i asked what is the difference of me answering the phones sitting instead of standing for one week and he screams at me and said what the f*** did i just say! i said fine then i will file for a wc claim so i could get paid till i go back to work next week. i have mortgage, house ins and taxes all due this month! i am so stressed! But I am keeping the faith GOD will help me i can just feel it! Now he is saying do not come back while i am on medication! Will keep ya'll posted thanks for caring!
