i injured my back in georgia and today my employer layed me off..can i draw unemployment while waiting on w/c benifits

I don't think you can double dip. If injured, unable to work, means not employable. Only mostly employable ones get unempolyment. I would think if your not getting any w/c benefits, there is a chance of unemployment, but only in some States.
