i haven't done anything????? i don't understand the question. all i do is sit home and look for work. my doctor gave me a pir of 25-50% and put me att mmi and told me to discontinue physical therapy. what else is there for me to do???????

My doc gave me a PIR of 59%. Now I spend lots of time pondering the meaning of life. I also watch a lot of Court TV and the History Channel. I curse the pain pills as I'm still in pain even after taking the daily maximum.

yes palm you get a copy of your permanant restrictions take it to your local unemployment office and go to the jobs they tell you that you can do....if you find a job great if you dont when you go to court you have a list of all these jobs you went to........

Jayne, that is a great suggestion. Both getting and taking your copy of restrictions as well as using a unemployment office. That sure would be easier that searching for jobs in the paper and on line all day long.

I still see so many questions that we keep trying to ask you about your injury and what you have had done yet and still no reply. I am still waiting on my results from my hearing for my rating/medical. It has been 25 days sofar so hopefully something will come about soon. I have never been offered any money, and the insurance co. is fighting my 32% rating from my PIR doctor. Their doctor ( ime) said 10%. I will soon know if the labor board will go inbetween or not. My ic also said that they could very well appeal the court results, which means I could end up fighting in court again . This time with a lawyer.
