My lawyer once it got to the settlement part would call me with every offer..and then would say its not right please dont sign but the choice was always mine when we got to the last offer he told me this one is fair it is in your best interest to sign it but the choice was always mine.....each and every time I had a good lawyer part bulldog I believe....I trusted him and signed I walked away contented....it also helped their lawyer came over and shook my hand and told me how sorry he was that this company had treated me so shabby and that he had never seen them so hateful towards anyone else and that I had a really good lawyer on my side....

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile
