Big Grin finally getting somewhere
[Hi all.Called the insurance company and they said my case was approved and she was finishing the documentation and then she would pay me for my back wages,don't know how long that will take after its approved?Hopefully soon.But going to keep on her about it so she doesn't forget about me.From Candi

Most states have penalties and some have to pay with interest for delaying a workers' compensation payment. Check the rules in your state to see if this applies

Congrats on getting "approved" it won't be long before you get your check. If you don't receive it within 2 weeks, get back on the phone and hassle the crap out of them!

Make sure that you get approved in a letter ...something onpaper so they cant change it later !!
