why is an ime trying to act like a treating doc

Is it legal for workers comp. to have their ime doctor set up a q sart test when he is not my treating doctor?My treating doctor is going to try a nerve block shot but he does not think it is going to work and he thinks I should do a spinal cord stimulator.What I do not understand is they are telling me no caffine and no pills before the test cuase it could effect the test results but they sceduled it a couple days after the nerve block.Wouldn't the effect of the steroid make the test not read accurate???sounds to me like they are up to no good and say my test is going to be negative.I had one done by my treating doctor and it was posative.It is long over 90 days and I want to know if what they are trying to do is legal I thought after 90 days I had the right to treat w/ my own doctor and they could not make appointments for me other than the imes.How does comp. get away with half of the crap that they try to pull?their investigators are another thing sitting out in the feild in camo I caught them and have their pictures w/ their video cam filming my home sitting on posted property.How is this legal?All these insurance companies are EVIL all thery want is there MONEY and every person is EXSPENDABLE for them to NOT pay to get you fixed.Ask me what my hobbies are in the Ime so they can make it look like thats what i sit home and do in the court room,I HAVE NO MORE HOBBIES YOU (the insurance companie)HAVE DESTROYED THEM.

I also am going for a gangloin block soon. I will do this before I try the stimulator. How do they know that it will not work for you if they do not try it. IME doctors for the ic are evil. They are only for the wc lawyers and that is it. I would suggest your own doctor of your choosing. I am not sure about the law for your state, but I would do my best to get someone other than their doctor. He is NOT out for your best interest.

Now Q Sart Test? My question is, did IME Doctor review your prior Q-Sart -Test? Then, it is in my opinion, that I would like to know what the IME Doctor is looking for in having a second Q Sart test performed? You need to find out. Ask your treating Doctor about this first. Have treating Doctor comment on IME request. Do you have an Attorney? If you do, what does Attorney say?

If this is such case, you could explain that to your local Police, and if they still don't do anything to even prove your issues, by a simple stake out, or proper photo's by them, you might be able to sue your local Police. If that's the case seek a good Civil Attorney now.

I think they are ging to try to get this test to read negative,but what I dont understand is they didnt scedule another mri ct scan bone scan emg ???? all these are posative so i dont understand the new q sart

I never thought of it that way but that is how ity does feel like they are terrorizinbg my family and they are allowed that is what is wrong with this whole country....insurance companies
