RE: venting
Sure tweety
I liked the fact that doctors say one thing then Wc writes to doctor and they change them and they tell you something else - yet when you get records from the doctor - no mention of the change to the new restrictions are mentioned. So what do you do? I currently have perm restrictions on both shoulders per doctor - yet per his letter to wc - I only have restrictions on one shoulder and no weight restrictions - yet he has me at weight restrictions of no lifting/pulling/pushing more than 10 lbs. No work at or above chest level for both arms - his letter to wc - just right - and to avoid repetitive motion. So what do I follow - what is in the file or what he hand wrote on a letter that he sent back to wc? |

RE: venting
Pooh......i sent for all of my medical records from the treating Dr. back in Oct. I had to pay for them but I didn't care. I learned alot about what is wrong with my body that I wasn't told. I brought all to my attorney's office and went over each and every discrepancy with him. Some things were important, some were not. I learned alot here. CAP
God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |
