RE: bankrupt
I think I would be in contact with the state dept. of workers compensation. In my mind, if the injury occured while the wc. policy was active. then the ic should handle the issue.

If the company is self insured, then it is a different situation.

8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom.

RE: bankrupt
IF the insurance company doesn't know what to do they shouldn't be allowed to do business.
maybe the judge or the work comp board can give them some tips

RE: bankrupt
thats there way of getting out of taking care of you.they could put a nurse case manager on the claim to over see treatment if the employer is no longer there to handle the case.i would not let this go call the ic and force the issue to get the help you need if they wont take care of you then go talk to a wc lawyer and see what they say or can do to help you.good luck and i hope you get treatment soon.

Each day is not a rite,it's a given.

RE: bankrupt

I'm with 1171. CAll the WC board and report them. I can't imagine an IC not knowing what to do. That's BS. They know what to do they just don't want to do it.
