Hi the impairment is rated on your ability to function in society such as drive, sleep, use your hands and feet and so forth. It is not rated based on a diagnosis. So if you are diagnosed with noctual seizures and you are able to drive and basically controled with medications and labs, then I can't imagine there would be a rating of any kind. If there is no loss or affect, then there should be a 0% rating..at least that is how I see it. If you have a lawyer asked him this question. Red
