Hearing documents
I know alot of you on here have had lawyers go to your hearings with you. I was told that for my hearing I am to submit my documents no later than 5 days before the hearing. I also read that there is a certain amount of documents that you can present and this confuses me. It was another state besides NH I was reading. I forget which one, but said no more than 20 documents are to be presented at the time of the hearing.
Does anyone know of any limits to how many I can present? I am pro-se and I need to weed through my most important documents that are the most helpful to my case and need to know how much it can be. I need to make copies for the lawyers on the IC side, labor board and also the judge. Any help would be appreciated as it is coming closer to the due date, and I just have one doctor's appointment tomorrow that is very important I see her to get a letter for the hearing. Tomorrow is my last document I need before the hearing date. Thanks in advance. carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD. 1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10% |
