Im So Frustrated

very few states have online access to individual case information. those states that do are usually those that have more centralized sevice and highly regulated with most of their information stored in one place.
there are small parts of the system that may be accessible like whether an employer has insurance or legal court opinions but individual usable claims information that is more then just an outdated summary is rare.
Ohio, new york, washington, and a couple others.

Pa. doesn't have a System to Check the Status of Your Case. At least not One I've been able to Find, and I have Asked quite a Few Reliable and Knowledgeable Folks. If anyone finds One, Please let Me Know! Thanks!!

Here in New York I lookup my claim payment info through my carriers website. I have gallagher bassett. Unless i go to the wc office i cant see any forms on my claim.however my state doesnt record wc checks as they are paid.

Its so crazy I just found out even though they docked me the money my dB carrier was never paid back in october. The IC said that they mailed a check it was never cashed or recieved by the DB carrier. so the stopped payment since it wasnt cashed in time. So why not re issue i say. Its a bunch of BS. Not like they would be out an extra $4000.00. The senior adjuster at IC says that they have a lein. I know along with the board they think they do but in the law or my file they dont and its too late to file one.

Ill keep you updated of my dilema.

well they filed an appeal now i need to wait around 4 months at min and no max from what i hear for a board review.

Hi All
Well many months later I got the decision of my appeal. The Judges decision was UPHELD. I am so happy. They can still appeal again but need to pay me in the mean time. Looks like someone saw through Gallagher bassetts tactics.

Thank you for the info. This scum company doesnt only sound like a vicious Dog but operates like one too. My adjuster Pamela in rochester is rude as hell. If there was only someone to complain too about this crappy company... Any suggestions?

I found this info that someone had posted here awhile back. I see it says California but maybe if you contact them and ask about your state of who you would file something like this. Good luck.
