RE: New Fed Worker/ Do I Have a Claim?
I would think you need to be hurt on the job in order to have workers comp take care of the claim. You would need to prove it happened there. If you have no document of a injury at work, I do not see how you could put a claim in.

carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD.

repetitive motion injuries can be compensible. specific medical evidence and opinion linking such a condition to the job would be needed. these issues are often controverted and require litigation.
See seection V to find out more about coverage, etc.

I think after only 2 months on-the-job your gonna have a hard time pursuing a repetitive motion claim. Your gonna have to tie your injuries to a specific event or accident that you hopefully reported to someone at the time it happened.

RE: New Fed Worker/ Do I Have a Claim?
Bear said he had a pinched nerve in his back. I am the one with repetitive motion injury. It has already been diagnosed and it has been almost 1 1/2 yrs. now that they have been paying my medical bills etc. I have my first hearing coming up real soon.

Bear's back injury needs to have documentation of some sort to show he injured his back on the job if he did. That is what this post is all about.
