I think he will do a good job, He has had my case for over 1 year, and he came very highly recommened by my union . Just seem like he:s takin a long time to get this settled. Im a newby to this so please be gentle with me . And i know that when i hired him things were not going to happen overnight . In reading some of your blogs on w/c.com sounds like you:ve been through the ringer also

RE: In pain in kansas
yes we tend to not remember we are not their only client or the only case waiting to be heard......
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

RE: In pain in kansas
Welcome to the forum sloanp,
>>I am also a flatlander and have been on this site awhile. What sort of injury do you have? It appears that the worse the injury the more the insurance company drags their feet. Stick around there is an abundance of knowledge to be seen on this site not to mention all kinds of good hearted people that have or are taking the same ride through the system that you are.
Nothing changes when nothing changes |
