HOW DO I FIND OUT HOW MUCH A TORN ROTATOR CUFF IS WORTH ON THE SETTLEMENT LEVEL

it depends on how much it affects things. Range of motion is it diminished, etc?
Some have I known got about 10% ppd rating to their shoulder only because of diminished range of motion and others have gotten a little less or more. It all has to do with you rating and that is different for everyone because we heal differently. |
