RE: injuried by another worker
I did not smoke any pot and I did contest it on the day of the phone call. And we received a call yesterday for the doc's office telling me to bring my legal script with me on monday. My guess is that the second test came back negative on the pot because now they are asking for proof for the other medications i am taking. They never questioned thoses when the first test came back with a positive pot testing. I think that they or the lab screwed up and they had me peg as soon as i came in the door once they seen all my tat's.

That's good, now print the list of questions out, hand it to them and the employer, demand they be answered now before a re-test. Bet they won't re-test you then. For if they answered them, they leave themselves wide open for a possible suit.

RE: injuried by another worker
Hey to all,
Guess what? We are still waiting to the second challenge to come back- tried to get answers from the MRO - and they don't know how long it takes to get the results back. As of Weds 5/13 its been 2 full weeks. Then on top of everything the workers doc sends me to PT and they laughed at the "strain - sprian injury" comment for sending me there. My report shows dics L5-S1 (prior injury from work again) is torn and the New Injury from the forklift the L4 and L5 blown - It took a full 18 days for the company to start and finish the accident investigation and they didn't even invite me to the meeting. Thank god for my 2 witnesses. And another funny they had to make sure they wrote I had a pre-existing back injury-how stupid are they(we took that case to court and one). I am dealing with such stuip people!!!!!!!!!

In Fl and WC has to be tested in 48 hrs of seeking medical care.

Always believe in yourself. No matter how much some people will make you doubt yourself.
