RE: Pre-existing condition claim by WC
Hi,
Aren't you the one who fell through the rotten floor of a train car? IMO, this is a serious injury, and IC is simply trying to cut down their costs by stating pre-existing and downplaying your experience. Back injuries are always high dollar, and usually life long, and life altering. I also would be leary of lawyer that wants to talk settlement so soon. Are you at MMI, I can't remember? As the others have said....you new injury or re-injury of a pre-exisiting one needs to be determined Prior to talking settlement amounts. Good luck and prayers to you. Lilly
