sounds like you have a bunch of i d i o t s at the office. I had to have an IME and I asked for copies of everything. Have you tried requesting from the person or organization to get you copies? The information is being sent to your claims adjuster at WC so you can request copies from that person as well, shouldn't cost you anything unless you get them from the Dr.

I do not know who your post is referring to, but i did talk with my adjuster and as soon as he hears about my IME results he will send me a copy.
He will send it, as he did the same with the PIR results. It took awhile and he even told me the result over the phone, and sent me a copy the following day. carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD. 1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10% |
