Question Quick Question
Can the company tell the doctor to only schedule a workman comp follow-up visit for after working hours? I work 7-3:30 and the doctor's office say they can only see me after 3:30.

depending on your state laws they could be doing you a favor. In many states the employer is not required to pay for treatment time; you may have to use leave credits if you lose time during working hours.

The company can request what ever they want. It is up to the drs. office as to what happens next.
