having 2 different jobs/getting hurt on 1

I work a fulltime job at a hospital in california and a part time job in retail. I got hurt at my part time job. Will disability cover both jobs? My full time job has a reserve sick bank that will cover my wages for the days that I'm off but can I collect my reserve sick and disability at the same time?

In Va, I was told that if my 2nd job had been the same type of job, they would have to pay for both. Seeing that my 2 jobs were different (1 sedentary and mostly sitting and the other standing all the time), they did not pay for my 2nd job. Good luck and remember this is probably a state issue and I am in VA. Check at the top of the page, for your specific state.

Yes california will include all lost hours when computing the disability. They will use the hrly rate from the part time job.
