Wondering whats next?
State is NE
Injured in Fall 2007. Got wc lawyer right away (know company, thought it was a good idea) I kept lawyer in the background until I had issues. NCM was AWESOME....light duty has gone well. Was put at MMI & had a FCE done. NCM found out about attorney and now refuses to talk to me, said it has to go thru lawyer & adjuster. Adjuster will not give approval for any more dr. appointments, ( I have been paying versus waiting for IC) and she is being a pain. I have not been given an impairment rating. I am still at light duty with MANY restrictions, and have a 5 page FCE report that I was told ( by the doctor)to carry with me, incase my job wants me to do something against the FCE. Lawyer is trying to get me approved for Voc rehab. My job wants me to re define my restrictions around my work, I told them that it was not my responsibility, since they said they would work around my restrictions. Will an impairment rating be necessary? If so, who does that? Thanks |

Yes, if recovery is not complete.
