Injured in CA no w/c insurance
I have been injured on the job (back injury and lost 2 fingers). My employer has no w/c insurance and said he would pay me out of his own pocket for my injury. Now, a month later, he won't pay me.
Can I sue him personally, or do I have to file a w/c claim, or do I need to do both? And if I sue him, what is a spinal injury with loss of 2 fingers worth? Any attorneys that can help? Thanks. |
